Technical Partner Project Manager and Operations Support

Role Description

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Operations Support Specialist for an international project.

• Oversee a project board, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide operational support for email intake, efficiently processing leads and inquiries to facilitate prompt responses and follow-ups.
• Monitor and drive improvement of operational efficiency & excellence of the team.
• Support team in staying focused on key, strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and operational requirements.
• Implement and manage project management tools and methodologies to enhance team productivity and project visibility.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and propose solutions to keep the project on track.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.
• Support the continuous improvement of operational processes through analysis, feedback, and the implementation of best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status, gather requirements, and ensure expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools and SDLC.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Familiar with GitHub and tracking projects via GitHub issues and projects.
