Storm3 is partnered with a leading employee wellness platform helping organizations improve the health and well-being of their workforce through personalized engagement, habit-building, and holistic wellness programs. Their platform supports hundreds of employer wellness initiatives nationwide and is trusted by organizations looking to drive healthier, more engaged populations.

As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across the employer market, securing net-new logos and building relationships with mid-market and enterprise organizations.

What you'll do

• Drive net-new business development across employer groups and benefits buyers
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities from prospecting through close
• Develop relationships with HR, Benefits, and People leaders across target accounts
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver consultative sales processes and strong client outcomes

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within digital health, wellness, or employee benefits
• Track record of closing new business and generating net-new revenue
• Experience selling to HR, Benefits, xuwmhxw or employer stakeholders
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and maintaining accurate forecasts
