Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to create a productive and comfortable work environment while staying connected with our supportive team. You will be expected to maintain regular hours from Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and schedules. As part of our outpatient office setting, you will have access to various technological tools and resources to enhance your practice and improve client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify each patient’s needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, for individuals, couples, and families facing mental health challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering community and understanding among participants dealing with similar mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive treatment for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services, guiding individuals during mental health emergencies with empathy and expertise.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, potential treatment options, and resources available within the community to support their recovery.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Actively participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Invest time in researching and integrating the latest mental health trends and techniques into your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in various computer applications necessary for documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pure Insight Counseling Services offers competitive annual salaries ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
