Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-informed therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups by employing a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards in practice.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for each client.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and therapeutic disciplines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A valid and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the complexity of the caseload. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
