This position is designed to be fully remote, which means you will have the flexibility to manage your work schedule from the comfort of your own space. Our telehealth facility enables counselors to connect with clients through secure video conferencing, providing an accessible and convenient platform for therapy. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and shared leadership, working alongside Comprehensive Psychiatric Care to coordinate services that best meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload, cultivating strong relationships with clients by establishing trust and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discuss challenges, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes and treatment summaries, in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Utilize technology effectively, including spreadsheets, RMS systems, and other digital tools to track client information and outcomes, as well as improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Minimum of one year of direct clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in using computers and technology for documentation, scheduling, and client management (experience with PIMSY software is a plus).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing psychotherapy services directly to individuals and families from various backgrounds.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and the ability to maintain high levels of client engagement via digital platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for bonus opportunities, a 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions, and W-2 employment status that prioritizes work-life balance.
