Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, followed by creating tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities in individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• An active, independent license to practice mental health counseling as a:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC),

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or

• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport and foster trust with clients.

• Deep cultural competence and sensitivity to support a varied client base adequately.

• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to ensure responsibilities and documentation are handled efficiently.
