Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapies tailored to various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and specific mental health concerns.

• Utilize comprehensive assessment techniques, including psychosocial and diagnostic evaluations, to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment goals collaboratively with clients, focusing on actionable strategies to address their mental health needs.
\n
• Implement crisis intervention protocols, including risk assessments for suicide and other crises, engaging in direct intervention when necessary.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions meticulously in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards to ensure excellent continuity of care.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, such as psychiatrist and nurse practitioners, to deliver holistic care tailored to clients’ complex needs.

• Participate in continuous professional development through attending workshops, trainings, and clinical supervision sessions to stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinical social worker will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. A strong understanding of different cultural backgrounds will be essential in establishing trust and providing effective, empathetic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Kansas.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing direct mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, sick leave, and retirement benefits.
