Senior Accountant
Scorpion Therapeutics
Role Senior Accountant supporting financial operations within a biopharma research-focused environment. Responsibilities maintain accurate financial records support month-end close prepare financial reports manage accruals for clinical trials and manufacturing ensure expense allocation accuracy assist with audits and SOX compliance drive process improvements Collaborates closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to capture research and development costs and provide timely analysis for management decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting 3–4+ years' experience, preferably in a public or biotech setting proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with NetSuite knowledge of US technical accounting standards strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred qualifications CPA certification. Experience with clinical trial costs, research and development accounting, SOX compliance, and operational support within a biotech or pharmaceutical setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
