About This Role The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for managing nursing practice and operations in the SICU/TICU at Mount Sinai Hospital. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who are committed to providing high-quality patient care and fostering a collaborative environment. Highlights Pay: $115,494 - $173,241 Annually Location: New York, NY Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Lead nursing practice using the tenets of Relationship Centered Care. Ensure integration of Care Checks into clinical activities. Conduct daily patient rounding and weekly staff rounding. Communicate patient experience and staff engagement information. Collaborate with the physician dyad and elevate concerns as needed. Design and support a safe, therapeutic patient-centered care environment. Participate in quality and safety process improvement initiatives. Oversee staffing, support services, and financial viability of the unit.
