Job Title: Accounts Payable

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Accounts Payable/Receivable, reconciliations, and digital inventory management. This position focuses on maintaining accuracy across financial records, inventory tracking systems, and shipment coordination—without physical warehouse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, ensuring invoice and payment accuracy
• Perform account reconciliations and identify discrepancies quickly
• Track and maintain inventory records within digital systems
• Coordinate shipments and orders across nationwide operations
• Support billing and day-to-day financial activities
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth workflows

 

Qualifications:

• Experience with AP/AR processes and reconciliations
• Background in inventory tracking (system-based, not warehouse)
• Knowledge of shipment and order coordination
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with ERP, accounting, or inventory management systems
• Proficient in Excel or spreadsheets for tracking/reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills across teams

 

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting multi-location or nationwide operations
• Exposure to high-volume billing or financial workflows

Due to increased project volume, the team is adding additional support for billing and daily financial operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
