$2.83 per hour to start + tips

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering insightful recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve meals promptly and efficiently, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of presentation and quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to maintain a seamless flow of service during busy shifts.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Stay informed about menu changes and seasonal offerings to provide guests with up-to-date information and suggestions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and warmly with guests and team members alike.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team to deliver seamless service.
• Ability to multitask efficiently, managing multiple tables and priorities with ease.
• Experience in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, with a keen eye for detail in presentation.
• Ability to stay informed about menu offerings and confidently make recommendations to guests.
