Work Environment\n

The LCSW role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still providing essential support to our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and create tailored support plans.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring the integration of family goals and priorities.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, providing feedback and guidance to optimize developmental support.
\n
• Engage with families, offering emotional support and education regarding developmental milestones and appropriate interventions.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Principles to promote a conducive learning atmosphere.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and family communications in compliance with state and federal standards.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays, as well as their families. By offering early intervention services, you will play a crucial role in helping children acquire essential life skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Your work will enable families to better support their children’s development in natural environments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license, allowing mobility for potential home visits as needed.
\n
• Strong adaptability to cater to various learning styles and individual treatment plans.

• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
