Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote client engagement and recovery.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure that clients receive holistic and coordinated care throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Engage in regular documentation and maintenance of detailed and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, facilitating effective communication and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
