This role will manage accounts payable using multiple types of software, handle AP for multiple entities and vendors, and analyze workflow processes. This role is also responsible for rent, utilities, and any payments processed through online portals. Lastly this role will handle research for bills that increase to ensure FOX Factory is being billed accurately and not overpay invoices.Position Responsibilities:Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programsHandling accounts payable for separate entities and vendorsAnalyzing workflow processes for P2P cycleEstablishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendorsEnsuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental proceduresProcessing due invoices for paymentsComparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other chargesReview purchase orders and invoices utilizing 3-way matching principlesProcess vendor payments on time without delaysAudit all vendor statements for past balance due and correct billingContact customers for collection of past due invoicesInvestigate and resolve discrepancies with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customersSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and OutlookOutstanding analytic and communication skillsAbility to work independently Strong organization and time management skills to work under pressure and adhere to deadlinesAbility to interact with all levels of an organization to collaborate, communicate effectively and achieve desired resultsAbility to handle confidential information appropriatelyPosition Qualifications:Education:Requires a High School Diploma or AA Degree in accounting or finance.Experience:3+ years of Accounts Payable Experience or equivalentWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Office SettingExtensive exposure to computersLong periods of sittingDisclaimer : This list does not represent all physical demands.
