Accounting Technician Duties
As an Accounting Technician, at the GS-07 you will perform the following duties:
- Managing processes for accuracy, compliance with regulations.
- Preparing documents for input into the accounting system.
- Reviewing documents for accuracy, compliance with regulations, and proper approval prior to entering information into the financial system.
- Utilizing multiple databases to ensure transmitted transactions and processes are accomplished timely and accurately.
