How will you power what’s possible? Minimum qualifications: Qualified candidates must have one year experience working in an industrial industrial manufacuring environment. Shift: Days 6:45 AM - 7 PM / Nights 6:45 PM - 7 AM Pay Rate:$20.48– $20.48 , depending on experience Header Southwire is hirng Machine Operators at our Denton, TX facility. Primary opportunities are on night shift, however there will be a few day shift positions opening up: night shift 7 PM to 7 AM, day shift: 7 AM to 7 PM. We run a rotation shift schedule. Minimum requirement is one year of machine operation experience in a industrial environment. Job Description Must have high level knowledge of equipment/process from start to finish and willing to learn where development is needed or new processes launched Focused on achieving daily and weekly production goals at the most efficient way possible Will act as the first point of contact when problems arise.
