The Senior Manager, Market Research & Insights reporting into the Global Strategic Insights team for Alcon is responsible for delivering high‐impact, decision‐ready competitive intelligence that informs enterprise-wide decision making and go-to-market strategy. Key responsibilities include: translating competitive intelligence business questions into analytical problems, managing data collection - both qualitative and quantitative - to identify competitive threats and opportunities, and crafting compelling storylines.
