Position Collections Specialist — Beaverton, OR Essential Job Duties Making outbound calls on past‑due accounts Analyzing aging reports and documenting all account activities Demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions with co‑workers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of customer discrepancies and disputes Ability to communicate cross‑functionally with sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process – we need a confident go‑getter who’s not afraid to tackle challenges head‑on Qualifications Advanced problem‑solving skills, well organized, with the ability to prioritize projects within your territory in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the confidence to collect money and maintain excellent relationships with our customer base Preferred Skills (Not Required) 2 years of collection experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Benefits Advancement and growth into leadership roles Team‑player environment Medical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance plans Matched 401k PTO, Vacation, Sick Leave FSA Program $17‑20 per hour, DOE Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Pacific Office Automation is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer.
