What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests across various disciplineschemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Conduct thorough documentation of all procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory workspace and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your career with us.
