Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health qualification, complemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.

Maintain active certification throughout employment duration.
