Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of routine and specialized laboratory tests, including hematology, immunology, and chemistry, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Analyze test results to guarantee accuracy, address discrepancies, and provide maintenance and calibration for laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all processes meticulously, provide training to new staff or students, and ensure the lab meets quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe workspace and comply with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or another relevant allied health degree, along with the intent to obtain ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Complete ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
• Maintain certification throughout your tenure.
