• Evaluate results for accuracy, swiftly address discrepancies, and execute regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and efficiently prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all operational procedures, play a role in training newcomers or students, and champion lab quality standards.
• Ensure a pristine and safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Secure ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year post-hire.
• Uphold current certification throughout your tenure with us.
