Commercial Loan Assistant

Job Title

Responsibility includes collaborating with the Commercial Lending team to facilitate the preparation of loan documents from operations, gathering and obtaining required documentation for commercial loans, performing administrative due diligence in the commercial loan origination process, researching and resolving loan issues promptly and professionally, ensuring loans are accurately tracked on bank systems, collaborating with third parties to ensure requirements of loan closing are met, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining awareness of and adherence to the Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, and delivering a consistent, high level of service.

Competencies include interpersonal/customer service skills, written and verbal communication, adaptability to change, basic computer skills, organizational skills, ability to multi-task or juggle priorities, and ability to work as part of a team.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position is hourly and full-time, requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours to maintain eligibility for full-time status. A flexible work arrangement is available for this position after training. May have the option of working from home two days a week.

Education: High School or better.

Experience: Less than 2 years: Related work experience.
