Job Description
You create and update the Bill of Materials of products, support the teams with uploading documents, and make sure documentation is done according to templates and standards.
You support the engineers in implementing Engineering Change Tasks, updating the configuration of products, and by maintaining the Technical Product Documentation in our product PLM system Windchill.
You review changes on the Bill of Materials as well as Technical Product Documentation together with Development leads, packaging engineers, and/or factories

Competency:
1. In-depth knowledge of Windchill PLM systems as an administrator (preferably) or as a user
2. Knowledge of PLM, Change Management, Part Management, BOM management, PDM Link, Document Management and Configuration Management
3. Hands-on experience with Windchill object creation (CN/QR/Document/CR/DV etc.)
4. ble to Support the team with technical product documentation to process a compliant Device History File (DHF) and Device Master Record (DMR)
5. The candidate needs to work with global customers and hence be able to work in shifts including the night shift
6. Preferably experience within a Regulated Industry (medical devices desirable, along with knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations, and ISO 13485)
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
8. Experience in writing instructions, manuals, and project status reports in English
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelors /Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
