Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for finding new project opportunities, building client relationships, and helping win work. They work closely with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and clients are satisfied. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth Find and pursue new project opportunities Build relationships with contractors, developers, and clients Help grow revenue and meet sales targets 2. Client Engagement Lead meetings and presentations Represent the company at events and networking opportunities Promote the company’s services Work with estimating and preconstruction teams on proposals Support contract discussions and winning projects Ensure smooth transition of projects to operations team Track leads and opportunities using CRM tools Maintain accurate reports and forecasts Meet revenue and performance goals Qualifications 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management Experience in mechanical contracting (HVAC, plumbing, piping) or commercial construction/MEP Proven ability to win business and close deals Good understanding of construction processes Strong communication and negotiation skills Preferred Existing industry relationships Experience with design-build or similar project types Knowledge of estimating or project management Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot #J-18808-Ljbffr INA Solution
