Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to support clients' mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are prescreened and stable individuals who require low-acuity mental health support. You will work with various demographics, enabling you to utilize your specialized skills and expertise effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent state-issued license, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to make informed recommendations for client treatment planning.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate and empathetic disposition for working with clients.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, enabling seamless interaction with our therapist portal and other digital tools.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience in video teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient client management. Experience working with a variety of populations and understanding the nuances of different cultural backgrounds will be highly valued.
