You'll engage in regular meetings and check-ins with the team to promote cohesive care and coordination of treatment efforts.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and inform therapeutic interventions.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients while integrating their feedback and participation.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to company and regulatory standards.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention, effectively managing patient emotions and behavioral issues in a compassionate manner.

• Communicate proactively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to report client progress and address any issues that arise during treatment.

• Engage family members or support systems in the treatment process, working together to enhance the quality of care and ensure successful discharge plans.

• Utilize electronic medical records efficiently for record-keeping and coordination of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals and families who present a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. As an LMFT at Leading Edge Wellness & Counseling, you will work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise will enable you to develop therapeutic strategies that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating competence in delivering evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Strong proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including electronic medical records, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
