Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns comprehensively, ensuring that each treatment plan reflects their unique needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, utilizing best practices in mental health treatment to foster positive outcomes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients through their recovery process.

• Collaborate extensively with interdisciplinary team members, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated and holistic care tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Educate and support clients’ families, fostering their involvement in the treatment process and promoting understanding of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.
