In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality telehealth services focused on addressing the mental health needs of adolescents and young adults facing a myriad of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitate weekly group therapy sessions and individual therapy appointments, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation through our secure electronic health record system.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, demonstrating sound judgment in emergency situations.
\n
• Collaborate with the Admissions and Assessment team to streamline client intake processes, ensuring a smooth transition into therapy.
\n
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and case discussions to refine your therapeutic skills and broaden your clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse client population made up of adolescents and young adults. With a maximum of eight clients per group session, you’ll have the opportunity to develop strong therapeutic relationships and engage in deep, impactful work. Your role is essential in fostering a supportive space that encourages vulnerable conversations and nurtures long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• A valid independent license including LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required. Junior-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply as we offer mentorship and supervision.

• Availability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions, or full-time availability for W2 positions.
\n
• Proficient in telehealth practices, with experience using virtual therapy platforms.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Hands-on experience providing therapy to adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a willingness to engage in continuous learning.
\n
• Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions, ideally in a remote environment.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will be offered a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, we provide:
