Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• An associate degree, or a high school diploma with at least 48 completed college units
• Previous experience supporting students or working in educational or childcare settings (preferred)
• Flexibility and patience—ready to pitch in wherever needed
• A positive, compassionate attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to assist students with daily living activities, including feeding and toileting, as part of their support plan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on assistance to students with diverse learning needs in classroom and resource settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to implement individualized education plans
• Support students in academic, behavioral, and social development activities
• Assist with personal care needs, including feeding and toileting, to foster student independence and comfort
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records and follow established protocols as directed by supervisory staff
