Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing work-life balance while providing comprehensive care to our patients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive initial assessments, evaluating patients' medical history, current functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals to establish a clear treatment path.Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, individualizing care strategies to meet each patient's unique needs.Guide patients through the healing process by educating them about their conditions and promoting adherence to their treatment plans.Utilize evidence-based techniques, including progressive exercise prescriptions and advanced manual therapy approaches, to facilitate recovery.Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.Meticulously document patient interactions, services provided, and progress in alignment with industry standards and organizational policies.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients facing various injuries and rehabilitation needs. Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain conditions, and fall risk management. You will play a crucial role in educating and motivating patients to take an active role in their recovery, thus enhancing their quality of life.QualificationsA Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.Must hold a current California Physical Therapist license, with an impeccable record devoid of disciplinary actions.Preferred ExperienceAt least 3 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation, demonstrating a solid foundation in evidence-based practice.Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of customized exercise regimens to improve patient outcomes.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
