ServiceNow Developer

FedTec is seeking a ServiceNow Developer ( Third-Party Oversight) who will support ServiceNow development and third-party/vendor-developed ServiceNow solutions.

Location : New Carrolton, MD (REMOTE)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure scalable ServiceNow solutions and lead configuration/customization efforts.
• Perform code and design reviews, including oversight of third-party/vendor-developed ServiceNow solutions integrating with IRWorks.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize record queries and platform performance.
• Design secure applications and integrations; manage deployments across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD.
• Evaluate and apply ServiceNow AI/automation capabilities, including Now Assist and related AI platform features.

Required Experience

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years supporting a Federal environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skill Set

• ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, Flow Designer/IntegrationHub, UI Builder/Workspaces, platform security, and performance optimization.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Required)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for applicable domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM/SAM) (Preferred)
