Human Resources Coordinator – 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Bilingual English/Spanish required

Position Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented  Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced work environment. This position will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, HRIS data management, employee inquiries, and HR compliance activities.

The ideal candidate is approachable, highly organized, maintains confidentiality, and can effectively communicate with employees and management across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting and talent acquisition activities, including reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews as needed, and coordinating the onboarding process.
• Assist with new hire orientation, training, and required employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in the company's HRIS.
• Assist employees with questions regarding benefits, policies, payroll-related HR matters, and other HR processes.
• Support benefits administration, enrollment, and employee inquiries.
• Assist with employee relations matters and escalate issues to HR management when appropriate.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and employee information.
• Support performance review and employee development processes.
• Assist with workers' compensation documentation and other HR-related administrative processes.
• Support compliance with company policies, employment regulations, OSHA requirements, and other applicable HR standards.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with data entry and recordkeeping.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure information is handled confidentially.
• Work closely with management and employees to support a positive and productive workplace.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR administration, recruiting, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, or HR administration.
• Experience using an HRIS or ATS preferred.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment practices, HR policies, and OSHA requirements preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience is a plus.
