Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage urologic conditions, including kidney stones, prostate disorders, and urinary tract conditions
• Perform urologic procedures and minor surgeries in an outpatient setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient urology and procedural experience preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive care
