The Opportunity
We are looking for a Director of Sales Operations to build one data-driven sales engine. You will shape how each unit finds, prices and closes business, from first conversation to signed contract, and you will own the CRM that ties it together.
What You’ll Do
- Own HubSpot as the single source of truth for Sales and Marketing.
- Design deal stages and statuses that show where and why deals stall and set the data standards reps follow.
- Document the sales process for all three pipelines, including entry and exit criteria, owners, timing and exceptions.
- Maintain the price book, proposals and services agreement templates with Sales and Finance.
- Partner with Client Onboarding on the handoff from signed contract to live account, and track time from signature to first study.
- Build the sales scorecard: pipeline, conversion, time in stage, average price per read, win/loss reasons and rep productivity.
- Reconcile HubSpot with operational and finance systems so leadership works from one set of numbers.
- Recommend where to hire, which segments and markets to prioritize, and where pricing is leaking revenue.
- Manage the sales tech stack (CRM, dialer, enrichment, e-signature), onboard new AEs and BDRs, and keep playbooks and battle cards current.
What You Bring
- 6+ years in sales or revenue operations, including 2+ years leading the function.
- Hands-on HubSpot depth, Sales Hub first. You have built and administered a portal.
- Working knowledge of Marketing Hub for sequences, lead scoring and attribution.
- A record of defining a sales process end to end and getting a team to adopt it.
- Strong analytical skills across forecasting, funnel analysis and scorecards, using HubSpot, spreadsheets and a BI tool.
- Experience in B2B.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
