Social Behavioral Health Solutions LLC is seeking a passionate and fully licensed mental health therapist, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), or Doctors of Psychology (PsyD), to join our team. This full-time remote position focuses on providing comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations in Far Rockaway, New York. In addition to remote sessions, therapists may occasionally need to conduct in-person meetings at our outpatient office in Far Rockaway. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Develop tailored treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions leveraging various therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Coordinate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies, ensuring clients achieve optimal mental health outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, helping to stabilize situations while maintaining a supportive environment.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and destigmatize seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
