About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented BI Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with Finance, Projects, Operations, and executive stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate enjoys working with large datasets, developing reporting solutions from the ground up, and helping non-technical stakeholders make informed decisions through data. Experience supporting FP&A or financial reporting initiatives is a plus but not required. What You'll Do Business Intelligence & Reporting Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards from scratch Create KPI reporting and executive-level reporting solutions Develop reporting frameworks that improve visibility into business performance Automate reporting processes and reduce manual effort Deliver actionable insights from operational and financial data Analytics & Data Modeling Collect, validate, organize, and analyze business data Perform data modeling to support reporting and analytical initiatives Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis Improve data quality, consistency, and reporting integrity Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Finance, Projects, Operations, and Leadership teams Gather reporting requirements and translate them into business solutions Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Serve as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision-making Forecasting & Finance Support Support project-based revenue forecasting and reporting Analyze forecast variances and key business drivers Develop dashboards that support planning and forecasting initiatives Progressively assume ownership of forecasting processes supporting the Projects and Implementation organization What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience building Power BI dashboards from scratch Strong data modeling and data analysis experience Experience developing reports, KPIs, and business insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Finance or FP&A teams Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or similar tools Background in SaaS, technology, consulting, professional services, or project-based environments Success in This Role You will be successful if you: Deliver scalable Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that improve business visibility Improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization Build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders Provide actionable insights that support business planning and decision-making Become a key owner of forecasting and reporting processes that drive accountability and accuracy across teams Why Join Us Opportunity to influence decision-making across multiple business functions Work directly with Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership Build enterprise reporting solutions that impact business performance Join a collaborative, growth-oriented organization focused on innovation and continuous improvement Competitive compensation, benefits, and career development opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer Speria MTech is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and have equal opportunities to succeed.
