Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide consultation on crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.

• Implement evidence-based practices and screening tools for client assessment and treatment, in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Develop and execute positive behavior support plans by actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional learning through attending conferences, participating in committees, and networking with other professionals within the mental health field.

• Establish and maintain effective communication with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and client support.

• Contribute to the agency's mission by promoting its values, engaging in community outreach, and seeking potential partnerships and resources.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational excellence and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving adults and adolescents coping with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n
