As a Senior Physician Referral Liaison, you’ll build and strengthen relationships with community physicians and practice staff to support referrals, exceptional service, and access to pediatric specialty care. You’ll use strategic account management, marketing, and data analysis to expand referral relationships, measure results, and improve program effectiveness.QualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredFive years of experience in physician marketing, customer relationship management, sales, or account management requiredResponsibilitiesBuilds and maintains relationships with referring physicians and practice staff through regular office visits, communication, and responsive serviceServes as a liaison between community-based referring physicians and the organization, helping identify and resolve referral-related concernsDevelops and executes strategic account plans to grow physician loyalty, referral activity, account migration, and acquisitionMaintains complete and accurate physician account records in the customer relationship management systemCoordinates meetings between referring physicians, specialists, and organizational representativesDevelops knowledge of available services, referral processes, and authorization requirements to support referring practicesIdentifies educational topics of interest and collaborates with leadership and marketing teams to develop programs for referring physiciansCoordinates program promotion, venue logistics, event management, evaluations, and reporting for physician education opportunitiesImplements territory-based marketing plans and represents the organization at targeted physician and health care industry conferencesCollaborates with marketing teams to develop communications and promotional materials for physicians and practice staffManages the assigned territory budget and adheres to applicable compliance standardsGathers, analyzes, and reports referral, revenue, and return-on-investment data to evaluate program performance and identify growth opportunitiesUses customer relationship management tools and data insights to improve processes, demonstrate program value, and support volume and margin growthAbout the companySince 1954, Texas Children’s has been leading the charge in patient care, education and research to accelerate health care for children and women around the world.
