Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Contract

Talent Acquisition Partners source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company and ensure a positive candidate experience. In this role, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies alongside the Hiring Managers are essential. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments along with the ability to influence and partner.

Work Location & Schedule

• This position will begin as a hybrid contract role.
• Preference will be given to candidates located in Troy MI, Atlanta, GA; or Indianapolis, IN.
• If converted to a direct employee, those living within commuting distance of a company office will be expected to follow a hybrid work model of four days onsite and one day remote.

Assignment Details

• Compensation: $4,000 per month
• 40 hours per week
• Initial 3+ month contract
• Possibility of extension based on business needs and performance
• Potential opportunity to convert to a direct-hire employee

Overview

The Talent Partner Coordinator –supports the Talent Acquisition team across recruiting operations, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and administrative execution. This is a highly versatile role designed to help Talent Partners move searches forward quickly by taking ownership of the detailed, time-sensitive work that supports an effective hiring process.

This individual will assist with job and interview setup within Greenhouse, interview scheduling, candidate and hiring team communication, data accuracy, and other recruiting activities, including sourcing, as priorities shift. The ideal person is highly organized, resourceful, comfortable learning new systems and skills quickly, and willing to take initiative rather than waiting for direction.

This role requires someone who can identify what needs to happen next and independently work toward a solution—whether that means building out an interview plan, navigating a senior leader’s calendar, correcting ATS data, finding potential candidates, or jumping into an unexpected Talent Partner need.

We hire all of the roles and areas: Sales/Sales Ops, Business Ops, Finance, Technology, Internationally, and hourly.

Duties and responsibilities

• Support Talent Partners throughout the recruiting lifecycle by taking ownership of administrative, operational, sourcing, and coordination activities and being flexible and adaptable as priorities shift often
• Build and update interview plans, interview stages, scorecards, interviewer assignments, and other recruiting workflows within Greenhouse while maintaining accurate data within the ATS
• Coordinate candidate interviews across hiring managers, interview teams, senior leaders, and executives utilizing effective and timely communication
• Proactively work through scheduling conflicts and limited calendar availability to keep interview processes moving
• Take ownership of scheduling challenges through resolution rather than relying on Talent Partners to continually intervene or escalate
• Learn and apply sourcing strategies, search techniques, and role-specific talent profiles to identify qualified prospective candidates to assist with Sourcing Strategies
• Assist with candidate outreach and follow-up activities as needed
• Assist with recruiting reports, trackers, pipeline information, and data as needed
• Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and provide support wherever additional Talent Partner capacity is needed
• Look for opportunities to improve administrative and recruiting processes, reduce manual work, and create greater efficiency for the Talent Acquisition team
• Provide a high level of service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners throughout the hiring process
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR operations, administrative support, executive coordination, or a related role preferred
• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience coordinating complex calendars and/or interviews across multiple participants
• Experience working within an ATS, HR system, CRM, or similar business technology — ideally Greenhouse preferred
• Experience conducting candidate research, talent sourcing, reviewing active applications in high volume, or working with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
