Part-Time Receptionist

Summary

The Receptionist is responsible for providing professional front-desk and administrative support. This position serves as a welcoming point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff while assisting with routine office operations and administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Go to the post office to pick up the company’s mail as needed.
• Sort and distribute mail and packages.
• Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
• Monitor and maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.
• Respond to general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate staff member.
• Perform basic data entry, filing, copying, scanning, and other routine administrative tasks.
• Deposit checks for HUNT Real Estate Corporation and Ancillary companies.
• Provide general administrative support to staff and management as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism when handling company, client, or employee information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Professional and friendly communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and data entry.
• Ability to handle routine tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required for mail pickup duties.
