Part Time Recruitment & HR Operations Coordinator Role Overview Position Type: 6 Month Part-Time (20-25 hours per week) with possibility of extension. Schedule: Onsite, 4–5 hours per day, 5 days a week Location: Santa Clara, CA Compensation: $35.00 / hour About the Role We are seeking a Recruitment & HR Operations Coordinator to directly support our HR team. This onsite role owns the heavy administrative workflows behind recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Coordination ATS Ownership: Monitor applicant pipelines, update candidate statuses, and maintain clean data records. Interview Logistics: Own all interview calendaring, scheduling logistics, and day-to-day candidate touchpoints. Top-of-Funnel Support: Review initial inbound resumes and conduct initial phone pre-screens. Onboarding & HR Operations Onboarding/Off-boarding Support: Manage onboarding communications, coordinate internally with hiring managers, IT, and HR, and assist with new hire orientations. HRIS Data Entry: Complete data entry for new hire information into HRIS; experience with ADP is proffered. Offboarding & Audits: Assist with offboarding operational support and help the HR Manager with documentation or information audits. Immigration Support: Monitor the visa status of current employees and assist the HR Manager with H-1B visa support processes. General Support: Provide additional HR administrative support as needed. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year of prior recruitment support or HR administrative experience. Industry Preference: Experience working within the Life Sciences industry is highly preferred. Software: Prior experience with ADP is a plus, but not required (training will be provided), experience in Microsoft Suite is required. Location: Must be able to work onsite at our Santa Clara office daily. Physical Demands & Work Environment Mobility : Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods during the workday. Lifting : Ability to occasionally lift and carry equipment or materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Schedule : Flexibility required to accommodate varying workloads and project deadlines. California Regulatory Compliance Note Pay Transparency : To comply with California SB 1162, the base salary range for this position is $30-$35 Hour final pay will be dependent on experience.
