Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients through consistent, empathetic communication and active listening.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, tailored specifically to each patient's needs and circumstances.

• Lead regular therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, employing various therapeutic modalities to promote effective coping mechanisms and emotional resilience.

• Continuously monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and feedback, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other specialists, to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory to practice in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
