Supervisor Title Assistant Registrar Minimum Qualifications: Support and Model the policies and standards of Crown College as stated in the Student Handbook and Crown Community Covenant. Evidence of Christian character and a commitment to encourage others toward Christ-likeness. Must be in good standing with the college. Previous experience with administrative work preferred. Responsibilities - Maintain student electronic files and computer data with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality. Scan & link MDE forms

Personal Information Updates Digitizing hard copy documents 30-day review Process student-related forms. Process internet submissions Student requests Name/address changes Transcript requests Transcript transfer entry Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office Courteous counter service Professional phone communication Email and print communications. Assist with editing Academic Catalog. Collaborate with Office of the Registrar staff in completing additional duties as needed. Data cleanup Research Graduation duties Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Proficiency with basic computer applications, including email and word processing. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Maintain confidentiality regarding private student information. Demonstrated dependability and punctuality. Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple responsibilities. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond appropriately to unexpected situations. Professional demeanor, including appropriate appearance and conduct in the workplace. Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry loads of up to 4 pounds.
