You won't manage a team of editors here. You'll own the client relationships and the delivery pipeline, the part that actually keeps accounts renewing.

Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing podcast production agency serving physician-led health and wellness brands across the US. The agency runs 20 to 25 weekly shows at once and is actively expanding its client roster, with plans to add Spanish-language production as it grows into new markets.

- People who've thrived in high-volume agency environments, not boutique, single-client production

- Client-facing professionals who can own physician and health-professional relationships independently

- Latin America-based candidates with agency or podcast experience and fluent, client-ready English

- Naturally organized operators who bring order to a fast-moving pipeline without being told twice

If you're looking to lead a team of editors, or you'd rather work closely with 2 or 3 accounts than manage 20, this isn't your role.

You'll report directly to the agency's senior project management lead and personally own a book of 20 to 25 weekly client shows, from onboarding through delivery. Dedicated video editing and copywriting teams handle production and content once you've briefed them; your job is making sure nothing falls through the cracks between that brief and the finished episode.
