Work Environment

Our outpatient office in Cypress offers a supportive and dynamic work environment where collaboration is encouraged. You will work predominantly during standard office hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to address the unique needs and recovery goals of each patient.
• Conduct thorough assessments and continually evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and specialized modalities, to enhance mobility and function.
• Educate patients on their conditions and the importance of rehabilitation, using effective communication to motivate them throughout their treatment journey.
• Ensure a manageable patient caseload, allowing dedicated time for each individual, fostering trust and rapport.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of treatment provided in compliance with industry standards, utilizing EMR software such as Web PT for accuracy.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to patient care, sharing insights and strategies for effective outcomes.
• Research and implement new physical therapy techniques and practices to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic caters to a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation clients, and individuals managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active and unblemished state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proficiency in assessing and treating orthopedic conditions, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques alongside a background in designing effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records software, specifically Web PT, for meticulous documentation.
• Deep knowledge of current physical therapy methods and best practices to drive successful patient recovery.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in rehabilitating patients with various musculoskeletal conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
