Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients participating in Behavioral Health Services. This includes both group and individual sessions to address their unique challenges.

• Oversee daily operations of the behavioral health program, directing and assigning work to therapists while conducting annual performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
