• Support specimen collection, and prepare samples to ensure readiness for testing procedures.
• Thoroughly document all actions taken in the lab, assist in training new team members, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe work environment, following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or any comparable allied health discipline, coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of employment.
• You will need to keep your certification up to date throughout your time in this role.
