Job Title
Descripcin del Cargo Implica la venta directa de productos o servicios a clientes que visitan la tienda o el mostrador. Este rol es crucial para garantizar una experiencia positiva para el cliente y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de la empresa.
Responsabilidades:
- Saludar y atender a los clientes de manera amigable y profesional.
- Brindar asesoramiento y asistencia sobre productos o servicios.
- Responder preguntas y resolver problemas de los clientes de manera efectiva.
- Promover productos o servicios especficos de acuerdo con las metas de ventas.
- Realizar ventas cruzadas para maximizar las oportunidades de ingresos.
- Procesar transacciones de venta de manera precisa y eficiente.
- Mantener un conocimiento actualizado del inventario de productos.
- Asegurarse de que los productos estn etiquetados correctamente y tengan precios visibles.
- Informar sobre productos agotados o de baja rotacin.
- Manejar transacciones de efectivo, tarjetas de crdito y otros mtodos de pago.
- Emitir facturas y recibos precisos.
- Garantizar la seguridad del efectivo y mantener registros precisos.
- Trabajar para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas establecidos.
- Participar en iniciativas de marketing y promociones para impulsar las ventas.
- Asegurar que el rea de ventas est ordenada y limpia.
- Reponer productos en los estantes y realizar inventarios regulares.
Requisitos :
- Experiencia previa en ventas o servicio al cliente.
- Habilidades interpersonales slidas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presin.
- Conocimiento bsico de productos o servicios ofrecidos.
- Habilidad para manejar transacciones y cajas registradoras.
- Cuarto ao culminado.
- Licencia de conducir vigente.
