As a Lead CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you'll act as a senior advisor, people manager, and technical expert on CRM projects, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. You'll focus on delivering high-impact CRM initiatives, mentoring and managing members of the CRM team, and supporting the CRM Team Lead with technical oversight and operational leadership across multiple projects. You'll also need to lead through influence and relationships, foster collaboration, and bring innovative ideas to the table so we can deliver bespoke CRM solutions aligned with client goals and long-term growth.
